Basic Terms of Payment

50% due to secure booking, balance prior arrival.
B&B check-out time is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure.
Check-in time is 14:00 on day of arrival.

Child Policy

Children are welcome. Children under 12 pay R190.00. Children under 2 stay free.
Please note our swimming pool does not have a pool net in place.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 7 days prior to arrival date : 50% of accommodation rate charge.
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of accommodation rate
All refunds applicable will be subject to a 10 % administration fee.

The Old Mill Guesthouse shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of any loss, damage, death, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his luggage or other personal property.
