Basic Terms of Payment

50% due on booking, balance on arrival.
B&B check-out time is no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. Check-in time is 14:00 on day of arrival.

Child Policy

Children are welcome. Children under 12 pay half price. Children under 2 stay free.
Please note our swimming pool does not have a pool net in place.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the tremendous inconvenience and loss of business incurred, we charge a 50% default fee on all cancellations that are not received at least 48 hours in advance. Full accommodation rates are payable on all no-shows.

Peak Period Cancellations

- Cancellation 14 days prior to book in date : No additional charge
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date : 50% of accommodation rate charge.
- Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date: 100% of accommodation rate

All refunds applicable will be subject to a 10 % administration fee.

All South African School Holidays

Special Rates and Discounts do not apply for bookings during the above periods.

The Old Mill Guesthouse shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liabilities in respect of any loss, damage, death, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his luggage or other personal property.
